“Pasta al pomodoro is an Italian dish prepared with spaghetti pasta, olive oil, fresh tomatoes and basil; a full flavoured classic. Less is more - the simple ones are often the best! Pasta in tomato sauce. Sounds simple but packs plenty of flavour. We use our vegetarian parmesan and fresh basil to elevate this dish.
While we like to describe the hard cheese that we use as ‘Parmesan’, we have in fact used an Italian Hard Cheese, which brings the same wonderful flavour to the dish but is made with a vegetarian rennet.”
