Our Beef Bourguignon is a delicious rich beef and red wine stew, made with whole feather blade beef marinated in red wine, herbs and spices for 24 hours, with mushrooms, bacon and Dijon mustard.
"Beef Bourguignon, the classic traditional French dish named after the use of wine and region of Burgundy. We marinate the whole feather blades of beef in red wine, herbs and spices for 24 hours, giving it a deep rich flavour, then slowly stew the beef in the marinade with a rich beef stock and root vegetables. We finish this stew with sautéed button mushrooms, plenty of silverskin onions and smoked bacon then season with some Dijon mustard, cracked black pepper and sea salt.
Serve with our delicious Dauphinoise potatoes and a glass of red wine to complete the experience!"
