Sirloin Steak is so good it was knighted by King Henry the 8th for being his favourite piece hence the name Sir-loin. This premium cut from Sykes House Farm, uses beef cattle which is naturally raised, with at least a full season on grass. Our cattle is raised in Bradford, allowing us to guarantee all of our beef is Yorkshire based. The ageing process is always at least 28 days, giving the most melt in the mouth cut available.
