This is a deliciously understated wine, with ripe fruit and pear flavours. Before you know it, the contents of the bottle have disappeared into history.

Green harvesting and organic viticulture are part of the estate’s philosophy.
The estate was created in the 1850s. The name comes from the word ‘Mirador’ because it is located on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Bassin de Thau and the Saint Clair mountains. Joseph Albajan was born into winemaking and bought the estate off former owners in 1988. To date, the estate operates 30 hectares of vineyards, for a yearly production of about 2000 hectoliters. The cellar was renovated between 2003 and 2009.
