This highly anticipated Béarnaise No19 butter is one of the latest additions to the award-winning Sublime flavoured butter range. Churned and produced in Glastonbury, Sublime have married their well-renowned butter with tarragon leaves and vinegar, lemon juice, bay leaves, pink Himalayan salt and ground white pepper.
This is the perfect accompaniment to one of our grass-fed steaks, either basting in the pan or left to melt on a resting steak. Although most commonly associated with steak, the flavours of this Béarnaise butter also work brilliantly with our free-range chicken or pork, as well as with poached or scrambled eggs.
Inspired by and named after the Sublime Society of Beefsteak - an eccentric 18th Century Lon-don gentlemen's club - Sublime is a new range of flavoured butters created to complement the quality produce found in independent delis & butchers - especially steak! Sublime was most recently voted winners in the Best Butter category of the World Dairy Innovation Awards 2020.
