Made in using the methode Champenoise (the same method for making Champagne), this is aged for 18 months before release - that's two to three months longer than Moet & Chandon is aged. That ageing process helps give it its wonderful creamy, rich character, and crisp lemony fruit, that, combined with the small but perfectly formed bubbles that crowd the glass, offer a zingy, biscuity whack of refreshment.
Pair with fresh prawns or oysters or with tempura king prawns and good old fish & chips.
