A Sweet Treat.
- 12 tsp of Meridian Organic Smooth Peanut Butter (280g)
- 160g of Tony's Chocolonely Milk Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- Sea Salt Flakes
Melt the chocolate over bain-marie: Place the chopped chocolate and butter into a heat proof bowl that sits over a pan of very gently simmering water. The water level should not touch the glass. Stir often, then set aside for 5 minutes.
Take out 12 mini cupcake liners and fill each of them with about a teaspoon of melted chocolate. If you are using normal sized liners double the quantities per liner. Using the back of the spoon, swirl the melted chocolate around the sides of the paper. Be sure to cover them well, so the peanut butter stays inside the cup.
Fill the centre of each cup with about 1 tsp of peanut butter and then cover to the top with the remaining melted chocolate. Swirl the top with a spoon to create an even surface and add a tiny sprinkle of Sea salt flakes.
Leave to cool in the refrigerator for 45 mins, then enjoy!
